Booking information

The Event

Sunset Room & bar opens from 6pm for any guests wishing to arrive earlier
This is an 18+ event. We recommend bringing a physical form of ID, as mobile reception can be unreliable in the area
Set menu, no a la carte menu available on the day
Due to the high volume of guests and set menu, we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements, allergies, or modifications

Bookings

Bookings essential & full payment is required to book
Minimum group size – 4 guests, Maximum group size – 30 guests
Outside bookings not available, but area will be open to all guests
Please book your tickets together to ensure you’re seated together, as seating requests cannot be guaranteed for separate bookings
We do not recommend purchasing tickets from anyone on social media. Any tickets being offered for sale may be a scam, and we cannot guarantee their validity

18th December event non-refundable from 11.59pm, Friday 11th December
21st December event non-refundable from 11.59pm, Friday 14th December
Stripe booking fee (1.7%) applies and is non-refundable
