We are currently hiring chefs on all levels from third year apprentices to fully qualified chefs.

• Applicants must be able to work as a team and also handle your own on sections. Sections in the kitchen include grill, fryers, pans, larder and stone grills.
• Must have exceptional organisational skills and maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 
• Applicants must have permanent rights to work in Australia and flexible availability. We do NOT sponsor.
• Hours negotiable for the right candidate. Competitive award wage offered based on experience. May be required to work across our two venues (Dish @ Wallarah Bay Recreation Club and Dunes @ Soldiers Beach)
• Job Types: Part-time & Casual. Salary and award wages can be discussed in interviews and are dependant on age and experience
• Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
